    On May 13, Nielsen IQ released the "2021 Food Industry Consumption Trend Insights" report, proposing seven new trends in the food industry, including buffalo milk, coffee liquid, low-alcohol alcohol, compound seasonings, enzymes, dietary fiber snacks, and plant meat.
