Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued an announcement regarding the registration and approval of new pesticides.

The announcement will be implemented from the date of release.
If the filing is completed in the original system, there is no need to re-file.
Of completed trials have not yet submitted the application for registration or registration of pesticides ongoing trials but did not conduct tests for pesticide registration record shall be in 2021 Nian 4 Yue 30 supplementary filing date.
Applications for pesticide registration shall not be accepted if the filing is not made within the time limit.
Products accepted before the announcement shall be subject to the original regulations.
