Recently, ppg launched a new PPG ENVIROCRON® Extreme Protection powder coating series.
This series of formulations can provide good corrosion resistance and has ensured to extend the service life of high-strength coil springs on vehicles.
The dual coating technology will be available in Detroit in January next year.

Based on the patented technology of recyclable materials, PPG ENVIROCRON® Extreme Protection powder coating has passed the 150 cycles test specified in the SAE J2334 laboratory cycle corrosion test standard, which is the most stringent of such standards in the automotive industry.
PPG ENVIROCRON® Extreme Protection powder coating formula does not contain glass fiber.
Compared with other products, it is easier to recycle and recycle.
Other advantages include faster construction efficiency, formation of a consistent coating on the spring surface, and more areas.
