New progress has been made in the formulation of my country's "Anti-Monopoly Law"

According to the Ministry of Commerce, after repeated revisions and improvements, the "Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China" (draft for review) has been formed.
The draft for review includes the main contents of the anti-monopoly laws of various countries, such as prohibition of monopoly agreements, prohibition of abuse of dominant market positions, control of concentration of operators, anti-monopoly authorities, legal responsibilities, etc.
, while combining Chinese characteristics and actual needs, Corresponding provisions have also been made for the prohibition of administrative monopoly.

The Ministry of Commerce recently established an anti-monopoly investigation office in charge of anti-monopoly legislation and related work, with Shang Ming, director of the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Commerce, concurrently serving as the director of the office.
