     Under the guidance of researcher Pang Xueyong, special research assistant Luo Ruyi of the Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on the long-term positioning test platform ( 8 years) for nutrient addition in subalpine forest ecosystems on the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau , using wood Sulphur phenols and amino sugars were used as markers of plant and microbial residues, combined with solid 13 C cross-polarized magic angle spin NMR and soil organic carbon physical grouping and other technical means, to systematically explore the long-term effects of different phosphorus additions on soil organic matter in subalpine forests.


     The related research results were published online on April 20 , 2022 in the international authoritative journal Global Change Biology under the title of " Phosphorus addition decreases plant lignin but increases microbial necromass contribution to soil organic carbon in a subalpine forest " .
