Serine hydrolase is a superfamily of enzymes with the most variety and distribution in mammals , including more than 100 serine proteases and more than 110 metabotropic serine hydrolases that specifically act on metabolites and endogenous functional peptides ,Including esterase (such as acetylcholinesterase), lipase (such as cytoplasmic phospholipase A2 ), peptidase (such as dipeptidyl peptidase IV ) and amidase and other different subtypes
    .
Platelet -activating factor acetylhydrolase(PAF-AH) is a type of intracellular metabolizable serine hydrolase, which has a Gprotein-like trimer, contains two catalytic subunits and one regulatory subunit, capable of specializing -Cut the acetyl group at the sn-2 position of the glycerol carbon skeleton of the platelet activating factor to inactivate it .
Platelet activating factor is widely involved in a variety of important physiological processes, including fertilization, implantation, and childbirth.
The periodic regulation of its activity is closely related to pregnancy-related physiological activities .
However, the relationship and mechanism between the a2 subunit of platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase IB and the occurrence of ovarian cancer are not yet fully understood .

The Molecular Systems Pharmacology Research Group of the State Key Laboratory of Phytochemistry and the Sustainable Utilization of Western Plant Resources, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has adopted tumor tissue microarrays, whole transcriptome analysis, flow cytometry, tyrosine kinase spectrum and fluorescence image analysis, etc.
A cellular molecular research method to study the molecular mechanism of PAF-AH 1Bin the occurrence of ovarian cancer
