Recently, the General Surgery Team of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University (hereinafter referred to as the First Hospital of Lanzhou University) has made new research results in the regulation of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis.

The general surgery team of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University found that BAG4 is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, and its expression level is positively correlated with the T stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, and poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients

At the same time, they also confirmed that BAG4 promotes the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells through 196 clinical specimens and the results of in vivo and in vitro experiments
