    On August 24, 2021, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Liao Wei and Chen Huafu jointly published a research paper titled "Cortical patterning of morphometric similarity gradient reveals diverged hierarchical organization in sensory-motor cortices" on Cell Reports , which uses magnetic resonance Images, histological imaging data and publicly available transcriptome data, studied the gradient representation of the brain morphological similarity network, and revealed its association with brain hierarchical organizations at multiple scales
