According to the regulations on the protection of traditional Chinese medicine varieties, the State Food and Drug Administration approved 9 traditional Chinese medicine varieties of 10 pharmaceutical enterprises including salvianolic acid for injection of Tianjin Tianshili Zhijiao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and salvianolic acid for injection of Tianjin Tianshili Zhijiao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd as the first class II Protected Traditional Chinese Medicine varieties, with a protection period of seven years from the date of announcement Enterprises of the same variety shall apply for the protection of the same variety in accordance with the regulations on the protection of traditional Chinese medicine varieties and relevant regulations If they fail to do so within the time limit, they shall stop production If they continue to produce, the State Food and Drug Administration will suspend the validity of their approval number and investigate and deal with them in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 23 of the regulations on the protection of traditional Chinese medicine varieties On the same day, with the approval of the State Food and Drug Administration and the review of the members organized by the state committee for the protection and review of traditional Chinese medicine varieties, one protected traditional Chinese medicine variety produced by one of the following enterprises will continue to be protected:
