Sinochem New Network News on June 23rd, DFD issued an announcement stating that the company's subsidiaries Guangxi Ningfu New Energy Technology Co.

The announcement shows that the registered capital of the joint venture company is 250 million yuan, of which Ningfu New Energy subscribes for 150 million yuan, and Guangzhou Juwan subscribes for 100 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 60% and 40% respectively

Both parties agreed that if the production capacity of super fast charging cells and modules needs to be expanded, the expansion of the joint venture should be given priority

Dofluoroduo said that the joint investment and establishment of a joint venture between its subsidiary Ningfu New Energy and Guangzhou Juwan can give full play to the advantages of both parties in technology, capital, raw materials, production management, marketing channels, talents, resources, etc.
