The focus of the action is to focus on large and medium-sized catering units, employee canteens of regulated enterprises, canteens at key construction sites, central kitchens and collective dining distribution units, small restaurants in schools, hospitals, markets and other surrounding small restaurants, imported cold chain food operators, and liquor production and operation industries Seven other industries, adhere to the "daily inspection, weekly and monthly notification" system, carry out inspection activities every day, air and rectify transcripts every week, and report the results of the action at the end of the month
In the past few days, the bureau has implemented standardized inspections, linkage investigations, and in-depth practice of the "red and black list" exposure system, especially the "red and black list" of imported cold chain foods, to expose typical cases and form an effective deterrent
Up to now, the bureau has inspected 556 small catering units, 73 enterprise canteens, 31 construction site canteens, 138 large and medium-sized catering units, 216 imported cold chain food business entities, and 75 liquor production and business units
