Recently, 33 wind turbines in the second phase of the Ningxia Tongxin Xiaoluoshan Wind Farm project undertaken by the Fourth Bureau of Sinohydro successfully passed 250 hours of trial operation, achieving the goal of putting all the project into operation and making full preparations
for the wind farm to be transferred to formal commercial operation.
Ningxia Tongxin Xiaoluoshan Wind Farm Project is located near Hongcheng Water Village, Xiamaguan Town, Tongxin County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a planned total wind farm area of about 40 square kilometers and a total installed capacity of 99 MW
