Northwest University of Agriculture, Forgology and Technology won three key projects on the research of major theoretical and practical problems in the social science field in Shaanxi Province

Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences announced the results of key projects on major theoretical and practical issues, and the Northwest University of Agriculture, Forgology and Technology was approved three items, namely, "Research on the Mechanism of Organic Certification on the Supply and Demand Cycle of Agricultural Products" declared by Professor Wang Hongmei of the School of Economics and Management, "Risk Research and Countermeasure of Food Security System in Shaanxi Province under the Impact of the Epidemic", and "The Mental Identification and Image Strategy of Shaanxi National Cultural Park" declared by Associate Professor Zhang Ruichao of the School of Landscape Art.
Professor Wang Hongmei has presided over the completion of the National Natural Science Foundation project, Shaanxi Province Natural Science Foundation project and Shaanxi Province Social Science Foundation project 4 projects, in the "Economist" Water Policy, "Emerging Market Finance and Trade" and other journals published more than 40 papers, published a monograph, won the Shaanxi University Humanities and Social Sciences Excellence Award and other scientific research achievements award 2.
The purpose of this project is to study the impact of organic certification on farmers' participation in certification (premium incentive) and compliance with certification standards (supervisory regulation), clarify the mechanism of the role of organic agricultural product certification on supply, and to pay premium (environmental utility) for consumers' willingness to buy organic agricultural products through organic certification (signal mechanism) and payment of premium (environmental utility). The influence of the study, to clarify the role of organic agricultural product certification on demand mechanism, take organic kiwi as an example, through the WTA and WTP coupling threshold research, clarify the mutual guidance mechanism between supply and demand, and finally design a supply and demand co-management of the virtuous cycle of supply and demand organic agricultural product certification optimization program, promote the high-quality development of organic agricultural products market.
Associate Professor Zhang Wei has presided over more than 10 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation youth project, the China Postdoctoral Science Fund Special Grant Project, the Shaanxi Provincial Social Science Fund project, etc., and has published more than 20 academic papers by first or correspondent authors in the Journal of Land Use Policy, Agricultural Water Management, published one monograph, and won the third prize at the provincial and ministerial levels.
This project, on the basis of investigating and analyzing the past-present-future evolutionary characteristics and influence factors of food security risks in Shaanxi Province, diagnoses the key influence factors in different situations, fully considers the governance plan of producer-circulator-consumer-emergency multi-subject under different scenarios of good times-adversity-extremes, constructs a multi-subject governance system for food security risks in Shaanxi Province to ensure the balance between supply and demand, and puts forward a policy system that effectively enhances the safety governance capacity of food production and circulation in Shaanxi Province under impact.
Zhang Ruichao has long been engaged in "intangible cultural heritage and modern design" related research work, currently chairing 4 provincial and ministerial projects in this field, the research results were awarded 2 times at the provincial and ministerial levels.
Based on the cultural diversity, biodiversity, geological diversity and landscape diversity of the Long March cultural route, and the representative intangible cultural heritage of each region on the Long March cultural route, this project will carry out a study on the spiritual identification and digital representation of the important urban nodes in the Shaanxi section of the Long March Cultural Route under the unified premise of the image of the Long March National Park, with the aim of creating differences between different regions and small regions, thus embodying the different cultural characteristics of the provinces and cities.
In order to study in depth the theoretical and practical problems in the new era of catch-up and transcendence, the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences has decided to set up a key research project on "The new era of Shaanxi to catch up and surpass", focusing on promoting high-quality economic development to take greater steps, building inland reform and opening-up highlands, promoting the continuous improvement of ecological environment quality, strengthening people's livelihood security and social construction, and promoting the overall development of the Party from strict governance to the construction of a strong cultural province.
