Notice of Anhui Provincial Market Supervision And Administration on 10 batches of food non-conformity (No. 11 of 2020)

Recently, anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of pastries, liquor, grain processing products, bee products, salt, cooking oil, oil and its products, infant formula and other 7 categories of food 140 batches of samples.
In accordance with national food safety standards, product express standards and quality requirements, including sampling and inspection items qualified samples 130 batches, non-conforming samples 10 batches (see annex), non-conforming samples related to quality indicators are not up to standard, microbial pollution, food additives and other issues.
the sampling of non-conforming food found, the provincial market supervision bureau has tasked the relevant municipal market supervision departments to investigate and punish according to law.
Hefei, Anqing, Puyang, Chizhou and other municipal market regulatory authorities have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
shall complete the verification and disposal within 3 months from the date of the issuance of the notice and announce the results of the disposal to the public.
investigation finds that other departmental responsibilities are involved, the relevant information shall be communicated to the relevant functional departments.
The specific situation will now be announced as follows: First, the quality indicators do not meet the standards (i) Hefei Yuejia Commercial Co., Ltd. distribution, the label Hefei Development Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. produced crab shell yellow scones (salty flavor), peroxide value (in fat terms) does not meet the national standards for food safety.
