Recently, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspection within the scope of Gansu Province, involving starch and starch products, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, fruit products, fried food and nut products, edible oil, oil and fat and its products, vegetable products, beverages, dairy products, condiments, catering food and other 13 categories of food
.
A total of 11 batches of unqualified found that the main problems found are unqualified product quality indicators, unqualified microorganisms, food additives beyond the limit, and over-range use

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision departments of Lanzhou, Jiayuguan, Jiuquan, Wuwei, Tianshui, Longnan, Qingyang, Pingliang, Lanzhou New District and other market supervision departments to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing unqualified products from shelves to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with
law.

The specific conditions of the supervision and sampling of unqualified food are hereby notified as follows:

First, the microorganism is not qualified

(1) Liangzhou smoked vinegar (vinegar) produced by Wuwei Luhuakang Food Co.
, Ltd.
(production date: 2021-6-11) sold by Ailongjia Hualian Life Supermarket in Qilihe District, of which the total number of colonies does not meet the requirements of
the 2719-2018 "National Standard for Food Safety Vinegar".
