Notice of Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the Unqualified Sampling Inspection of 28 Batches of Food (Issue 30 of 2022)

Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and selected 1410 batches of samples of 19 categories of food, including catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, alcohol, processed grain products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, beverages, etc.
, and detected catering food, starch and starch products, soy products, 28 batches of samples in 5 categories of food such as edible agricultural products and beverages were unqualified

The unqualified items involved Pseudomonas aeruginosa, coliforms, difenoconazole, chlorpyrifos, enrofloxacin, cadmium (in Cd), lead (in Pb), residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in terms of Al), anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), acid value (in terms of fat), etc
.

For unqualified food found in random inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures to control risks, such as removing from shelves and recalling substandard products; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with law; At the same time, the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures taken will be disclosed to the public and reported
to the provincial bureau.
