Notice of Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on 16 batches of unqualified food (Issue 36, 2022)

Recently, the Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized random inspection of edible agricultural products, edible oils and fats and their products, pastries, catering foods, soy products, dairy products, tea and related products, sugar, grain processing products, starch and starch products, health food 11 major categories of food, a total of 902 batches, including 886 batches of qualified samples and 16 batches of unqualified samples (see attachment for testing items).

The problems found mainly include biological toxins, microorganisms exceeding standards, agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding standards, food additives using beyond the range, and quality indicators not meeting standards
.

 

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the local market supervision department has taken measures to investigate and deal with them according to law, and ordered the operators of the centralized trading market for edible agricultural products to find out the purchase channel, place of origin and other information and report to the relevant departments, food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, sellers of edible agricultural products immediately stop sales of unqualified products, and immediately take measures such as removing from the shelves in the food business link to prevent and control risks

on the website of the relevant city and county market supervision department.

 

The specific situation of sampling unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

 

First, the problem of biotoxins
