Recently, Hefei Municipal Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of edible agricultural products, food and beverage products, food processing products, dairy products, cooking oil, grease and its products, condiments and other 6 categories of 397 batches of samples, according to national standards for food safety inspection and determination, including sampling and inspection items qualified samples 395 batches, unqualified samples 2 batches (see annex), unqualified samples involving veterinary drug residues.
For non-conforming products found in the sampling, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has tasked the market supervision and administration departments of Chaohu City and Bohai District to immediately organize verification and disposal, to find out the flow of products, to take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control the risks;
the above jurisdictions shall promptly announce the verification and disposal to the public.
