Notice of Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on the Unqualified Situation of 16 Batches of Food No. 32, 2022 (No. 377 in total)

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations and the arrangements of the Shandong Provincial Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Plan, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made a case for health food, biscuits, catering food, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, cans, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, aquatic products, quick-frozen food, A total of 1163 batches of samples of 22 categories of special dietary food and beverages were supervised and sampled, of which 16 batches of samples of catering food, fried food and nut products, pastries, meat products, edible agricultural products, and beverages were unqualified, and agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeded the standard, food additives exceeded the limit of use, quality indicators were not up to standard, microbial pollution, heavy metal pollution, and biotoxins
were detected.

First, the problem of agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard

of the national food safety standards.

 

(5) The bell peppers sold by Duji Yanchun Supermarket in Ningjin County, thiamethoxamine do not meet the provisions
of national food safety standards.

 

(6) The celery (parsley) sold in the supermarket of Noyang Department Store in Fei County, methyl mixed phosphorus does not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

(7) The ginger, thiamethoxine and thiamethoxamin sold by Weifang Good Neighborhood Supermarket Co.

(8) The cowpea and methylaminoavermectin benzoate sold at the Tangjiu convenience food supermarket in Kenli Street, Kenli District, do not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

Second, the use of food additives beyond the scope and beyond the limit

 

(1) The fried fritters (homemade) processed by the orange snack bar in Lanshan District, Linyi City, and the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, counted in Al) do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

 

(2) The steamed buns, sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid) sold at Yejing Noodle Shop in Donggang District, Rizhao City do not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

Third, the quality indicators do not meet the standards

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned spot checks, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to find out the flow of products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification
