Notice of Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on the Unqualified Situation of 17 Batches of Food in 2022 (Total No. 378)

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations and the Shandong Provincial Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Plan, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made a good impact on health food, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, condiments, bean products, convenience food, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, quick-frozen foods, A total of 1236 batches of samples of 22 categories of food products and beverages for candy products, formula foods and beverages for special medical purposes were supervised and sampled, of which 17 batches of samples of 7 major categories of food such as catering food, fried food and nut products, condiments, soy products, pastries, edible agricultural products and beverages were unqualified, and problems such as agricultural and
veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, heavy metal pollution, food additives exceeding the limit of use, microbial pollution, quality indicators not up to standard, and biotoxins were detected.

First, the problem of agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard

food safety.

 

(4) The shallots sold by Liu Xiaoyue of Qingyun Vegetable and Fruit Wholesale Market Co.

of national food safety standards.

 

(5) The long bean carob and methylaminoavermectin benzoate sold by Qingdao Xianfu Shengyuan Vegetable Wholesale Co.

national food safety standards.

 

(6) The zucchini sold by Zhang Qixing in the Jiaoyun Market of Gaomi City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, and thiamethoxazine do not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

(7) The chili peppers sold by Li Qinquan in the vegetable market covered by Yanbei Road, Baita Town, Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, and thiamethoxamine do not meet the provisions of
national food safety standards.

 

(8) The leeks, cyfluthrins and high-efficiency cyfluthrin sold in the Xiaokai vegetable and fruit wholesale supermarket in Huancui District do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

Second, the problem of heavy metal pollution

 

The hair clams and cadmium (in Cd) sold at the Xiaohaige Aquatic Products Store in Jimo District do not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

Third, the use of food additives beyond the scope and beyond the limit

 

(1) The residue amount of mille-feuille tofu processed by Liujia Tofu Room in Liaocheng Development Zone (dry samples, counted in Al) does not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

(2) The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, counted as Al) of the fried oil cake processed by Jinyu Fire Shop in Laiwu District, Jinan City, does not meet the national standards for
food safety.

 

(3) The spicy watermelon sauce (production date/batch number: 2022/5/15, specification model: 258g/bottle) produced by Dongming Shuangrun Food Co.
, Ltd.
sold by Wanjia Youxian Supermarket in Dongming County does not meet the requirements of
the national food safety standards.

 

(4) The custard cake (soft bread) produced by Weifang Aojia Food Co.

sold by Ye Rongjuan Store in Laoshan District (production date/batch number: 2022/6/10, specification model: 260g/bag), natamycin does not meet the national standards for
food safety.

Fourth, the problem of microbial contamination

food safety.
Dezhou City Decheng District Shilixiang Fried Goods Factory objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; After re-examination, the initial inspection conclusion is maintained

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned spot checks, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to find out the flow of products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification
, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required.
