The market supervision department of Shaoguan City seriously organizes and implements food sampling inspection
in strict accordance with the annual food safety supervision and sampling plan.
The inspection agencies of this random inspection task are Guangzhou Customs Technology Center and Shaoguan Food and Drug Inspection Institute
    .

In this period, the city's food sampling inspection of 20 categories of food such as processed grain products, edible oil, grease and its products, meat products, dairy products, beverages, alcohol, soy products, edible agricultural products, tea and related products, starch products, condiments, convenience foods, pastries, cocoa products, edible additives, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, confectionery products, etc.
A total of 253 batches of samples
    were inspected.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 246 batches were qualified and 7 batches were unqualified (see the attachment for details of sampling inspection).

Among them, qualified foods include: 39 batches of processed grain products, 4 batches of edible oil, fats and their products, 14 batches of meat products, 15 batches of dairy products, 9 batches of beverages, 13 batches of alcohol, 5 batches of soy products, 112 batches of edible agricultural products, 2 batches of tea and related products, 1 batch of starch products, 1 batch of condiments, 1 batch of convenience food, 5 batches of pastries, 1 batch of cocoa products, 3 batches of edible additives, 7 batches of vegetable products, 9 batches of aquatic products, 4 batches of fruit products, 1 batch of
    confectionery products.
Unqualified foods include: 1 batch of soy products and 6 batches of
    edible agricultural products.
The non-conformity problems mainly detect pesticide
residues, metal contaminants and food additives.
The details are hereby notified as follows:

First, there are problems with substandard food

    (1) The problem of pesticide residues

    1.
Beans sold in Jiudi vegetable stall in Zhangshi Town, Qujiang District, Shaoguan City, and eggplant sold by Cai Aiqing vegetable stall in Wengyuan County do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

    2.
The long bean carob sold by Xinfeng Fifth Branch of Guangzhou Gancan Trading Co.
    , Ltd.
does not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

    (2) The problem of metal pollutants

The ginger and lead (in Pb) sold in Renhua County's Afengcai stall, Xinfeng County's Baohua vegetable stall, and Jiudi vegetable stall in Zhangshi Town, Qujiang District do not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

    (3) The issue of food additives

The standard weight of dried shiitake mushrooms (non-fermented soy products, barbecue flavor) and aluminum residue (dry samples, in Al) sold by Shaoguan Zhongfa Trading Co.
    , Ltd.
does not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

In response to the problems found in food safety supervision and sampling, the market supervision departments at all levels in the city shall, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, investigate and deal with unqualified products and their production and trading enterprises in accordance with the law, order enterprises to find out the flow of products, take measures such as removing them from shelves and recalling unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification to prevent and control food safety risks
    .
At the same time, the market supervision department of the jurisdiction is required to record the relevant situation in the food safety credit files of producers and operators, and disclose relevant information
on the website of the regulatory department in accordance with regulations.

    2.
    Analysis of unqualified items

    1.
Clothianidin: Clothianidin is a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum nicotinic insecticide, with long-term contact killing, gastric toxicity and systemic activity, widely used in a variety of crops
    .
After nicotinic pesticides are ingested into the human body, they bind to acetylcholine receptors as wrong neurotransmitters, interfere with the normal function of acetylcholine in the nervous system, keep nerve transmission open, cause abnormal excitement, and may cause headaches, palpitations, abnormal heart rate and other symptoms
    .
The national food safety standard Maximum residue limits of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2021) stipulate that the maximum residue limits of clothianidin in cowpeas and eggplants are 0.
    01mg/kg and 0.
    05mg/kg
    , respectively.
The reason for excessive clothianidin in cowpea and eggplant may be increased for rapid pest control, or failure to comply with the picking interval regulations, resulting in the drug residue in the product not degraded below the
standard limit when it is marketed.

    2.
Flycide: Flycide, also known as cipromazine, is a new type of high-efficiency, low-toxicity, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic insecticide, which is currently an ecological pesticide with good control effect on diptera insects and pests
    .
A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute poisoning of the human body, but long-term consumption of food with excessive pesticide residues has a certain impact
    on human health.
The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of flycidein in cowpea is 0.
    5mg/kg
    .
The reason for the excessive level of flycidein in cowpea may be that vegetable farmers do not understand the safe interval for the use of pesticides, so they use pesticides in violation of regulations
    .

    3.
Lead (in terms of Pb): Lead is a chronic and cumulative poison, after entering the human body, a small part will be excreted with the body's metabolism, and most of it will be deposited in the body, endangering human health
    .
The National Food Safety Standard Limit of Contaminants in Food (GB 2762-2017) stipulates that the maximum limit value of lead in ginger is 0.
    1mg/kg
    .
The lead content in vegetables exceeds the standard, which may lead pollution through soil, air, water and other ways during growth and production, such as after the discharge of lead-containing wastewater and waste residue pollutes water bodies and soil, and then pollutes food; The use of lead-containing pesticides can also cause lead contamination
    of crops.

    4.
Residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al): potassium aluminum sulfate (also known as potassium alum), ammonium aluminum sulfate (also known as ammonium alum) are commonly used leavening agents and stabilizers in food processing, and aluminum residues
    are produced after use.
Aluminum is not an essential trace element for the human body, does not participate in normal physiological metabolism, has accumulative, excessive intake will affect the body's absorption of iron, calcium and other components, resulting in osteoporosis, anemia, and even affect the development
    of nerve cells.
The "National Food Safety Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that potassium aluminum sulfate and ammonium aluminum sulfate can be applied to soybean products as leavening agents and stabilizers, and their addition amount is "appropriate addition according to production needs", and the maximum limit value of aluminum residue in the final product (dry sample) is 100mg/kg
    .
The reason for the excessive amount of aluminum residue may be that in order to improve the taste of the product, individual enterprises use aluminum-containing additives beyond the limit and scope in the production and processing process, or the aluminum content in the compound additives they use is too high
    .

    Third, food safety consumption tips

Consumers should purchase the required food through formal and reliable channels and keep the corresponding shopping vouchers, and should clearly see whether the relevant marks on the outer packaging, such as the production date, shelf life, the name and address of the producer, the ingredient or ingredient list, the food production license number, etc.
, are complete and comply with the provisions of
    laws and regulations.
Do not buy products without factory name, factory address, production date and shelf life, do not buy products that exceed the expiration date, and do not buy unqualified products
    that are announced.
Welcome consumers to actively participate in food safety supervision, pay attention to the release of food safety sampling information, if you find unqualified food involved in this announcement in the market, please call the local complaint and report telephone 12345 or 12315
    in time.
