Notice of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the Non-conformity of 10 Batches of Food (No. 45 of 2019)

Recently, the General Administration of Market Supervision organized food safety supervision and sampling of potato and puffed foods, convenience foods, biscuits, edible agricultural products, starch and starch products, special dietary foods, fried food and nut products, condiments, beverages, confectionery products, fruit products, vegetable products, sugar, dairy products and cooking oils, fats and their products, etc.1 5 categories of food 394 batches of samples (product sampling results can be queried), found that among them, potato and puffed food, convenience food, biscuits, edible agricultural products, starch and starch products 5 categories of food 10 batches of samples are not qualified, detected microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, food additives over-limit use and other issues.
For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the General Administration of Market Supervision has tasked the provincial market regulatory authorities of Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Chongqing, Sichuan, Ningxia and other provinces to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
Will now supervise the sampling of non-conforming food specific information as follows: First, microbial pollution (i) Tmall's wonderful flagship store (operator for Xiamen Ying point food Co., Ltd., Fujian Province) in Tmall (online shop) sales, labeled Fujian Province Longhai City Sanhui Food Co., Ltd. production of sandwich rice fruit (salt egg yolk flavor, puffed food color type), the total number of germs do not meet the national standards for food safety.
