Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on launching the selection of outstanding solutions for industrial Internet APP in 2021

In order to implement the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the "Internet + Advanced Manufacturing" Development of the Industrial Internet" of the State Council, strengthen the summary of typical experiences and the promotion of outstanding cases, and promote the ecological construction of the Industrial Internet APP (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial APP"), we are now organizing the launch of 2021 Solicitation and selection of outstanding solutions for industrial Internet APP

(1) Safe and reliable industrial APP

Facing the promotion of key domestic manufacturing projects, the implementation of major projects, and the development of important equipment, it focuses on the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain, and demonstrates “strong strength in 5G, new energy vehicles, high-end medical equipment, biomedicine, new materials and other industrial links and key areas.

For key basic materials, core basic components, advanced basic technology, industrial technology foundation, industrial basic software and other "industrial five bases" fields, solicit a foundation with strong universality and high reuse rate that can effectively solve the "stuck neck" problem Generic industrial APP

(3) Industry General Industrial APP

For the automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, light industrial appliances, information electronics and other industries, in product R&D and design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance services, and operation management, solicit industry versatility, high promotion value, and drive A powerful industry general industrial APP

(4) Enterprise-specific industrial APP

(1) Excellent solutions must be combined with actual application scenarios and rely on the industrial Internet platform to solve the actual needs of the industry.

(2) Excellent solutions should fully highlight the characteristics of the industry, play an obvious supporting and leading role in improving the quality and efficiency of the industry and enterprises, and in transformation and upgrading, and have reference significance and promotion value for other enterprises or industries

(3) The relevant content of the excellent solution requires independent intellectual property rights, advanced technology, industrialization or deployed applications, and has a certain degree of representativeness and iconicity

(4) The application materials are required to be truthful from facts, prominent in key points, and have strong readability (combination of text with figures and tables), including practical content, covering theoretical analysis, and controlling the number of words within 5,000 words

3.

(1) All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps industry and informatization authorities, national industrial associations (federations), central enterprises (groups) (hereinafter collectively referred to as recommended units) are responsible for organizing local, Companies in the industry and the Group actively participate, and do a good job in reviewing and promoting recommended plans

Other matters

(1) Submission time

The deadline for online declaration and paper materials mailing is October 20, 2021

(2) Recommended quantity

Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps industry and informatization departments recommend no more than 10, and central enterprises and industry associations recommend no more than 5

(3) Organization, implementation and guarantee

Each recommending unit shall, in light of the actual conditions of the region or the field, and based on the principles of fairness, justice, and openness, recommend applicants with a solid foundation, distinctive features, and outstanding potential, and increase support in terms of policies, funds, and resources.

Each recommending unit should organize self-examination of companies in their region or field that have obtained excellent solutions from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology from 2019 to 2020, and truthfully report the application promotion, market revenue, and version updates since obtaining the excellent solutions.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is responsible for reviewing the declared projects and selecting the projects that meet the requirements.
The outstanding solutions are valid for two years from the date of publication of the list

4.
Each recommending unit shall organize a self-examination and evaluation of the selected applicants after the expiration of the two-year period of the excellent solution project in 2021.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will carry out random inspections based on the self-evaluation situation, and determine the comprehensive strength and key points of the project.
The dimensions of technological innovation, economic and social benefits, and industrialization promotion value shall be systematically evaluated, and the corresponding catalogue list shall be established
