    In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and other laws and regulations, improve hazardous waste supervision and utilization and disposal capabilities, and effectively prevent and control hazardous waste environmental and safety risks, this plan is formulated.


    In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and other laws and regulations, improve hazardous waste supervision and utilization and disposal capabilities, and effectively prevent and control hazardous waste environmental and safety risks, this plan is formulated.
