The 25th China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition ( FIC 2022) is scheduled to be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on March 15-17, 2022.
We sincerely invite your company to continue participating
.

FIC2022 exhibition domestic exhibition will be 5.
1 Museum (integrated product exhibition) at the National Exhibition Center (Shanghai), and 6.
1 Museum ( Flavors seasonings exhibition), Hall 2.
1 ( plant extracts of natural products and health food exhibition, machinery and food safety detection Instrument Exhibition Area) on display
.

The booth of FIC2022 is scheduled to start on September 14, 2021
.
Due to the large number of companies planning to participate in the exhibition, in order to provide exhibitors with better services and continuously improve our service quality, the selection and determination of FIC2022 booths will be carried out as follows:

1.
The priority and preferential principles for exhibitors who meet the following conditions to choose booths

(1) Units participating in the 2021FIC Health Exhibition (FIC2021 Autumn Exhibition)
.

(2) An important supplier of the FIC exhibition, an advertiser on the CFAA official website, and an advertiser in the magazine "China Food Additives"
.

　　(3) Vice-chairman unit and standing director unit of China Food Additives and Ingredients Association
.

　　(4) Member units that have made special contributions to the development of the industry
.

How to choose booth:

　　(1) The organizer will notify the exhibitors to choose booths according to the above priority and preferential principles according to the size from large to small and time-by-time
.
Due to the excessive number of exhibitors choosing booths, exhibitors who have not received the SMS notification are requested to wait patiently
.

　　(2) After the exhibitors receive the short message notification for booth selection, they will call for selection within the specified time period
.
If there is no choice within the specified time period, the selection will be postponed
.
If the exhibition application status is displayed as "Stand To Be Selected", it means that the examination has been passed, and only exhibitors who have passed the examination can choose their booths
.
The specific time is as follows:

Exhibitors who meet the above-mentioned priority principles are requested to choose their booths on September 14-17, 2021
.

　　2.
Exhibitors who do not meet the above-mentioned priority principles and are approved before September 8, 2021, please choose their booths on September 22-29, 2021
.

　　3.
Exhibitors who do not meet the above-mentioned priority principles and are approved after September 09, 2021, please start to choose their booths on October 11, 2021
.

Exhibitors should select booths in the corresponding exhibition areas according to the product categories on display

The specific steps to fill in the registration form:

Visit and log in on the right side of the page (only registered users apply, unregistered users please register first, see "User Registration" for details)

　　2.
Click "Apply for FIC Exhibition" (under the "FIC Exhibition Registration" menu on the left (select domestic exhibition area))
.

　　3.
Read and agree to the "Instructions for Exhibitors"
.

　　4.
Fill in the application form for the exhibition
.

　　5.
Wait for the review result after submission
.

　　6.
After logging in, click "Enquiry for Exhibition Application Status"
.
If the review fails, please follow the prompts to modify and submit again
.
The "Exhibition Application Status" displayed as "Booth to be selected" means that the examination has been passed, and only exhibitors who have passed the examination can choose their booths
.

Users who have passed the review can call 010-59795833-transfer to the corresponding booth area to choose a booth (for specific booth date notification, please refer to SMS, email or check the website.
