Original title: New enzyme-labeled antibodies provide new strategies in rapid detection of mycotoxins
Recently, the team of Zheng Yongquan, a researcher at the Institute of Plant Protection of the foodmate.
According to Zheng Yongquan, the co-corresponding author of the paper, it is well known that traditional enzyme-labeled antibodies are usually prepared by covalent bonding of enzymes and antibodies.
The first author of the paper Liu Zhenjiang introduced that they proposed a novel strategy for preparing enzyme-labeled antibodies: combining horseradish peroxidase (HRP), goat anti-mouse monoclonal antibody (Ab) and zeolite imidazole ester backbone (ZIF-L).
As a novel enzyme-labeled antibody, HRP/Ab@ZIF-L has been successfully used for the highly sensitive and rapid determination of the mycotoxin zearalenone.
The Institute of Plant Protection of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences is the first organization to complete the thesis.
