After the production line for large ammonium sulfate particles is put into operation, the ammonium sulfate crystals are directly transported in bulk to the partner, where they are physically squeezed into large ammonium sulfate particles, which are simply packaged for export.
It can completely save the cost of drying and packaging production lines, maintenance costs, and labor costs, and can also save ammonium sulfate warehouses.
According to the calculation of the annual output of 380,000 tons of caprolactam after the first phase of the technical reform , the by-product ammonium sulfate will reach an annual output of 600,000 tons.
Only the large ammonium sulfate particles can save more than 40 million yuan in costs.
