Automobile maintenance (painting process), all related enterprises and institutions shall not use solvent-based coatings, organic thinners and other raw and auxiliary materials in the automobile maintenance spraying and touch-up process, except for topcoat (spraying varnish).
It must be replaced by relevant regulations such as "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Automotive Coatings" The spraying and touch-up procedures must be carried out in a closed paint spraying workshop, and exhaust gas collection and treatment should be done to ensure the stable emission of exhaust gas up to the standard.

Relevant companies must fully implement "oil-to-water" before August 31, 2019, that is, eliminate organic solvents and high-VOCs-content paints and inks used in the production process, and use low (no) VOCs with a VOCs content of less than 20% The paint etc.
