On 11 February, 12 new confirmed cases were imported from abroad

From 00:24 on February 11th, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 12 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported from abroad (7 cases in Shanghai, 2 cases in Guangdong, 2 cases in Sichuan and 1 case in Liaoning);
71 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 3022 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 1 case of severe illness was reduced from the previous day.
249 confirmed cases (of which 3 are serious cases) and 2 suspected cases have been imported from outside China. A total of 4846 cases were confirmed, 4597 cases were cured and no deaths were reported.
As of 2400 hours on February 11, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 820 confirmed cases (of which 12 were serious cases), 84,292 cases had been cured and discharged from hospital, 4636 cumulative deaths had been reported, 89,748 confirmed cases had been reported and 2 suspected cases had been reported. A total of 973,104 close contacts were traced, and 13,649 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 8 new cases of asymptomatic infection (all imported from abroad);
received a total of 11715 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
10731 cases (10077 cases and 191 deaths) were discharged from the special administrative region, 48 cases (46 cases discharged from hospital) and 936 cases (859 discharges and 9 deaths) in the
regions.
