From 00:24 on December 31st, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 19 new confirmed cases, of which 10 were imported from abroad (Shanghai 5, Guangdong 2, Fujian 1, Yunnan 1, Shaanxi 1), 9 local cases (Beijing 5, Liaoning 4);
17 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 1009 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 3 more serious cases were reported than the previous day.
267 confirmed cases (of which 3 are serious cases) and 1 suspected case has been imported from abroad. A total of 4273 confirmed cases, a total of 4006 cases of cured discharge, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on December 31, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 370 confirmed cases (of which 9 were serious cases), a total of 82,067 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths were reported, 87,071 confirmed cases were reported and 1 suspected case existing. A total of 905,493 close contacts were traced, and 13,584 close contacts were still under medical observation.
