On October 19th, 19 new crowns were confirmed, all of which were imported from abroad

From 00:24 on October 19th, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 19 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported from abroad (5 cases in Shanghai, 5 cases in Guangdong, 3 cases in Sichuan, 2 cases in Tianjin, 1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Jiangsu, 1 case in Fujian and 1 case in Chongqing);
10 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 301 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of serious cases was the same as the previous day.
245 confirmed cases (of which 1 is severe) and 6 suspected cases have been imported from abroad. A total of 3142 confirmed cases, a total of 2897 cases of cured discharge, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on October 19, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 258 confirmed cases (including 4 cases of severe illness), a total of 80,812 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths were reported, 85,704 confirmed cases were reported, and 6 suspected cases were reported. A total of 846,829 close contacts were traced, and 8431 close contacts were still under medical observation.

received a total of 5842 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
5256 cases (4982 discharges, 105 deaths), 46 cases (46 discharges) and 540 cases (493 discharges and 7 deaths) in the
Regions were reported in the Special Administrative Region.
