1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, transportation and storage of single-use calcium carbide packaging steel drums

This standard applies to the manufacturing and circulation of steel drums (hereinafter referred to as steel drums) that are packaged with calcium carbide for one-time use
