African Swine Fever 1. In Ukraine, an outbreak of swine African swine fever occurred on 11 December, and the State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Agency of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine informed that there had been an outbreak of swine African swine fever in Kirovgrad Oates and that one pig had died of infection.
2. On 11 December, the Romanian National Veterinary Health and Food Safety Administration reported 19 outbreaks of swine and 25 outbreaks of Swine African swine fever in 10 places, including Sibiu County, 287 cases of swine infection, 42 deaths, 240 culls and 234 cases of wild boar infection.
3. There were 32 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever in South Korea on December 12, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea reported 32 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever in two places, including Gyeonggi Road, adjacent to North Korea, and 34 wild boars were infected and killed.
4. On 11 December, the German Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food reported seven outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever on the border between the eastern state of Brandenburg and Poland, resulting in the death of 48 wild boars.

Avian influenza 1. 1 outbreak of H5N8 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry and 1 wild bird in Poland on 9 and 10 December, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland informed that 1 poultry and 1 outbreak of H5N8 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds, 10,000 turkeys infected, 374 deaths and 1 wild bird infection in 2 places, including Greater Poland and Mazovsche.

Two outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry and one wild bird in the Netherlands occurred on 9 and 14 December, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Netherlands reported two outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry and one outbreak of H5N8 subtype of wild birds in Frisian province, 1601 poultry infections, 114 deaths, 22,000 culled and 2 wild birds killed.
3. On 9 December, the Norwegian Ministry of Agriculture and Food reported three outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds H5N8 subtypes in Norway, including Nooran County, two wild birds were infected, 14 zoo wild birds were infected and 44 were culled.
4. In Ireland, there were nine outbreaks of wild birds and one outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza of H5N8 subtype in poultry, 10-13 December, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Oceans of Ireland reported nine outbreaks of wild birds and one outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry H5N8 subtypes in Mayo County, nine outbreaks of wild birds such as wild birds, five breeding turkeys infected and 127 turkeys culled.
5. On 11 December, two outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Belgium, and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Belgium reported two outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds, H5N8 subtypes, and two wild birds were infected and killed.

Four outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry and one wild bird in France occurred on 10 and 14 December, and the French Ministry of Agriculture informed that four outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of H5N8 subtypes of poultry and one outbreak of wildfowl in Lund province had occurred, resulting in the death of several ducks, 25,000 culls and the death of one wild bird infected.
7. On 11 December, 11 outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Germany, and the German Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food informed that 11 outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of wild birds H5N8 subtypes had occurred in three places, including Schleseiger-Holstein, and 36 swans and other wild birds had died from infection.
8. On 11 December, the Department of Rural Affairs reported three outbreaks of H5N8 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry in the United Kingdom, with 5,547 poultry infected, 5,542 killed and 79,000 culled.

10. There were 11 outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds in South Korea on December 13, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea informed that 11 outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of H5N8 subtypes of wildfowl, 26 wild birds were infected and 3 died in four places, including Allro North Road.
11. Two outbreaks of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Iran on 14 December, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Iran informed that there had been two outbreaks of H5N8 subtypes of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild birds in Mazendran province and that five wild birds had died from infection.
12. On 14 December, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Netherlands reported an outbreak of H5 subtype of low pathogenic avian influenza in poultry in the Netherlands, and 39,000 poultry were culled in a chicken farm in South Holland Province.
13. On 14 December, the Ministry of Agriculture Policy and Food of Ukraine reported an outbreak of H5 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry in Ukraine, with 3 poultry infected and 20 culled by a farmer in Nikolaev region.
14. On 15 December, two outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of H5N8 subtypes of wild birds occurred in Slovenia, and the Ministry of Agriculture, For fisheries and food of Slovenia informed that there had been two outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of H5N8 subtypes of wild birds in the city of Ljubljana and that two wild birds had died from infection.
15. On 16 December, a outbreak of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry occurred in Russia, and the Russian Ministry of Agriculture informed that there had been an outbreak of H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Astrakhan State, and 18 poultry had died.
Other animal diseases 1. 5 outbreaks of nodding skin diseases occurred in Vietnam on December 9, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Viet Nam informed that 5 outbreaks of nodding skin diseases occurred in the northern province of Yanshan, adjacent to China, 89 cattle infected and 9 were culled.
2. On 9 December, the Food Inspection Agency of Canada reported an outbreak of new crown pneumonia virus infection in a farm in British Columbia and the death of 200 farmed ferns.
. On 11 December, the Swiss Federal Veterinary Service reported an outbreak of type 8 blue tongue disease in the cang region of Algo and that one cow had been culled.
4. On 12 December, the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development reported six outbreaks of endemic haemorrhagic disease in two areas, including the northern sector, in which 42 cattle were infected, two died and one was culled.
5. On 14 December, there were five outbreaks of type 4 blue tongue disease in Croatia, and the Veterinary Service of the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture reported five outbreaks of type 4 blue tongue disease and six cattle infected in two areas, including Loistra County.
6. Three outbreaks of West Nile fever in wild birds occurred in Germany on 15 December, and the German Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food reported three outbreaks of West Nile fever in a zoo in the state of Berlin, with five wild gulls infected and four dead.

11. On December 16th, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture informed that three outbreaks of Newtown disease had occurred in 2 places, including Vladimir, 81 poultry infected, 39 dead and 170 culled.
