    Food safety is related to the health and life safety of the people, and it is related to the future


    First, deeply understand the situation facing food safety

    For the supervision and inspection of production enterprises with high product risks and wide regional influence, the investigation and handling of major and complex cases and cross-regional law enforcement, in principle, the provincial regulatory departments are responsible for organization and coordination, and the supervision departments at the city and county levels can cooperate, and the systems of entrusted supervision, designated supervision, and stationed supervision can also be implemented to ensure that supervision is in place

    In principle, the city and county levels undertake the supervision and law enforcement of food production and operation directly facing market entities and consumers within their jurisdiction, and protect the legitimate rights and interests
    of consumers.
    Higher-level supervision departments should strengthen supervision and management of lower-level supervision departments

    (18) Strengthen appraisal and appraisal

    Implement the main responsibility of producers and operators

    (20) Implement quality and safety management responsibilities

    Health food producers and traders should strictly implement the main responsibility for quality and safety, strengthen total quality management, standardize production behavior, and ensure that product functions are true

    (21) Strengthen the control
    of production and operation processes.
    Food producers and traders shall conduct self-examination and evaluation
    of the implementation of food safety responsibilities and food safety status in accordance with law.
    Where the production and operation conditions do not meet the requirements of food safety, rectification measures should be taken immediately; Where food safety risks are discovered, production and business activities shall be immediately stopped and promptly reported to the territorial regulatory authorities

    The self-inspection and reporting rate of food production enterprises should reach more than

    (22) Establish a food safety traceability system
    .
    The main body of production and operation of edible agricultural products and food production enterprises are responsible for the traceability of their products, and establish a food safety traceability system in accordance with the law to ensure that the records are true and complete, and to ensure that the source of the products can be traced and the destination can be traced
