Recently, with the gradual increase in temperature, the steam consumption of each device in the Lanzhou Petrochemical Refining Area has decreased significantly.
The excess steam has caused the pressure of the system to rise, affecting the safe and stable long-term operation of key refining devices
.
At the same time, in order to ensure the safety and emergency response of the steam system in the refining area, it is still necessary to purchase 20 tons of power plant steam per hour, resulting in a wealth of steam emptying, causing noise and carbon emissions pollution while energy waste and rising costs
In order to solve this problem, the Lanzhou Petrochemical Power Plant organized a full demonstration after consulting the opinions and suggestions of the design unit, and compiled an optimized operation plan for the steam system.
When the steam supply of the power plant was stopped, the steam was sent back to the heating pipe of the power plant through the pipeline and then emptied.
, While reducing the steam of purchased power plants, it also realizes pipeline hot standby, achieving the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction, potential tapping and efficiency enhancement
.
The plan was successfully implemented after being reviewed by the branch and negotiated by Lanzhou Petrochemical and the power plant.
The adjusted steam system of the refinery area achieved "zero exhaust" while maintaining a stable pressure within a reasonable range
.
During the implementation of the plan, the workshops and teams will conduct inspections, adjustments, and emergency drills strictly as required, and make timely adjustments and report them as soon as any abnormalities are found to ensure smooth system operation
Through the implementation of this program, 25 tons/hour of steam purchased from power plants have been reduced.
