Before the new industrial plant was put into use, there were oil stains, grease, rust and mechanical impurities in the pipelines and equipment of the water system
Chemical agents used for industrial dirt cleaning should generally meet the following technical requirements
(1) The speed of cleaning dirt is fast, and the dirt is completely dissolved
(2) The damage to the cleaning object should be within the limits of the production license, and there should be corresponding suppression measures for the corrosion that may be caused by the metal
(3) The cleaning agent is cheap and easy to obtain, the cleaning cost is low, and it does not cause excessive resource consumption
(4) The cleaning agent is non-toxic or low-toxic to organisms and the environment, and the generated waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue should be able to be processed to meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations
(5) The cleaning conditions are mild, and try not to rely on additional strengthening conditions, such as temperature, pressure, mechanical energy, etc.
(6) The cleaning process does not leave insoluble matter on the surface of the cleaning object, does not produce new stains, does not form a new covering layer that is harmful to subsequent processes, and does not affect the quality of the product
(7) No foam and peculiar smell will affect the cleaning process and on-site hygiene
Commonly used chemical cleaning agents can be classified in different ways
The inorganic acid in the cleaning agent is mainly used to remove inorganic scales and convert some of the insoluble substances in the pollutants into soluble substances; strong alkalis are mainly used to remove biological pollution, colloidal pollution and most organic pollutants such as grease, protein, algae, etc.
The anti-corrosion effect of corrosion inhibitors is mostly achieved through film formation
①It is better to have a higher water flow rate during pre-filming, in order to facilitate the diffusion of oxygen and pre-filming agent, which is beneficial to film formation, but the water flow rate should not be too high to avoid scouring the film that has formed.
②Temperature and water temperature have a great influence on the pre-filming.
③When the pH value is pre-filming, the pH value of the water system is preferably between 5.
④ Turbidity The turbidity in the water is too high, and the formed film is not dense, so the turbidity is required to be below 10NTU;
⑤ Calcium ion content The mass concentration of calcium ions in the water should not be less than 50mg/L, preferably greater than 100mg/L, otherwise the pre-filming effect will not be achieved.
⑥Heavy metal ions Fe 3+ , Al 3+ , Cu 2+, etc.
can also have an adverse effect on the pre-film.
For example, the mass concentration of copper ions should be less than 0.
7 mg/L
