Original title: Professor Li Jing: people rich in nihric acid milk sn-2 palmylate triglycerides price is rich in lysate sn-2 palmate triglycerides in-body digestion rate is low, absorption rate is high
people milk in different structural lipids digestion and absorption may be different. As a result, Niu Zhang, Jun-Peng Zeng, and Jing Li, of Nanchang University's National Key Laboratory for Food Science and Technology, explore 1-oily-base-2-palmyl-3-oilyl glycelycery (OPL)/1,3-diolamyl-2-palmylglycelyce (LPL)/1, by simulating in-body infant digestion and Caco-2 cells. Effects of 3-diolamyl-2-palmyl glyceroglycel (OPO) and its mixture (M) on digestion and absorption, with OPL/LPL/OPO in mixtures M1, M2 and M3 at 1.5/0.5/1, 1.2/1.2/1 and 0.5/0.2/1, respectively.
OPO group had a higher digestion rate than the OPL and LPL groups, and the M3 group was higher than the M1 and M2 groups. The synthesis and transshipment of triglycerides were higher in The OPL and LPL groups in Caco-2 cells than in the OPO group, and the M1 group was significantly higher than that in the M3 group. FabP1, PPAR alpha and MTT protein expressions in the OPL and M1 groups were significantly higher than in the OPO and M3 groups, respectively. This study found that the lipids of different structures differ in digestion and absorption.
