Germany's Phoenix Solar, a leading international PV system integrator listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Premium Market, recently established a new subsidiary, Phoenix SolarPhilippines, in Manila, successfully completed its first PV project and strengthened operations

Commissioned on April 5, 2016 and owned by Continental Temic Electronics Philippines, the PV plant generates electricity for advanced sensors, chassis, safety components, as well as transmission controllers and actuators

At the same time, two more commercial PV systems will be opened and preparations are underway, with a total capacity of 1.

Phoenix Solar Philippines will be responsible for the design, procurement and construction
of two shopping mall rooftop installation projects in the Visaya area by Robinsons Land Corporation, a leading real estate company in the Philippines.
This solar PV system is designed for self-use and will meet an important part of the electricity consumption of
the mall during the day.
It is expected to be completed and put into production
by August this year.
The total annual capacity of these systems is 2,200MWh
.
