    Sodium Nitrate

[Physical and chemical properties] Colorless transparent crystal or white granular powder

[Preparation method] The most convenient source of sodium nitrate is leaching from sodium saltpetre ore, but there are few sodium saltpetre ore, so a large amount of sodium nitrate is prepared by synthetic method

    (1) Alkali absorption method

Alkali absorption method can be divided into alkali absorption nitric acid "tail gas" method and alkali absorption nitric acid method

    (2) Sodium chloride preparation method

Using sodium chloride as a raw material, sodium nitrate can be obtained through the conversion method and the internal circulation method

The conversion method is realized by the reaction of two soluble salts, sodium chloride and ammonium nitrate, which are not easy to react directly under certain conditions

① Direct transformation method is the transformation by direct reaction study of Na + , of NH4 + / CI - , NO .

② Flotation Flotation is also a co-production process of preparing NaNO 3 and NH 4 Cl through NaCl and NH 4 NO 3 .

③Ion exchange method Ion exchange method is to complete the reaction between NaCl and NH 4 NO 3 on ion exchange resin

This method directly obtains the sodium nitrate solution through an exchange cycle process, and the resin is regenerated during the cycle process, and it can be used for a long time

    ④Internal circulation method

The basic reaction to achieve this process is:

NH 3 and CO 2 can be recycled
