Plasma protein and coagulation

The bloodis made up of plasma, an invisible liquid component, that forms red blood cells, white blood cells, and plate plates. After the blood solidifies, a pale yellow transparent liquid, called
serum
(serum). The difference between serum and plasma is that there is no fibrinogen in the serum, but it contains some decomposition products produced during the clotting process.physiological conditions, blood flows through blood vessels throughout the body, transporting substances

tissues. Plasma, inter-tissue fluid and other extracellular fluids together constitute the body's internal environment. Therefore, blood plays an important role in communicating the internal and external environment, maintaining the relative stability of the internal environment (e.g. pH, osmotic pressure, concentration of various chemical components, etc.), transportation of substances (nutrients, metabolites, metabolic regulators), immune defense and coagulation and anticoagulant effects.
