PLT introduces broad-spectrum antibacterial flavor technology for plant sources

Health Solutions has launched a new flavor technology,
PhytoShield
, which is said to provide a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity that enhances the shelf life of packaged foods and beverages. The company says it has been actively developing natural flavor technology that is cleaner than some synthetic preservatives.the technology was developed by
