A co-priced bond, called a polarity bond, formed between atoms of different elements. Different kinds of atoms, their electrons must be different, so the attraction to bonded electrons is different, the common electrons must be biased to attract electrons strong (i.e., large electrical negative) atomic side, so that the atomic belt part of the negative charge (δ -), and the other atomic belt part of the positive charge (δ ).
