    Abstract: The preparation method of polyurethane permeation vaporized phenol/water separation film of inormeric particle complex belongs to the field of osmosis vaporized membrane separation. The basic materials of the polyurethane membrane are polymerized and mixed by monomer hydroxyl polybutylene, toluene isocyanate, 4,4'-diamine-based diphenyl diphenyl methane solution, cyclodextrin and silicon dioxide or toner. The preparation method is: the end hydroxyl polybutylene and toluene diocyanate reaction to get the end pre-polyester, and then add 4,4'-diamine-based diphenyl methane and cyclodext as a chaining agent to expand the chain, and add inorganic modified particles silicon dioxide or carbon fiber powder (the above process is N, N-dimethyl acetylamide as a solvent), can obtain polyurethane pre-polysol solution. The solution is extended into a film on a Teflon plate and cured at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours, and then moved to heat treatment in an oven at 80 degrees C to obtain a polyurethane film compounded with inormeric particles. The process of the invention is simple, and the film has good thermal, chemical stability and mechanical properties.
