    In order to solve the problem of poor adhesion of UV-cured coatings, a powder coating adhesion promoter of phosphoric acid groups that can be cured by ultraviolet light is made by hydroelectric addition reaction with acrylic ethyl acrylic or methyl acrylates and phosphorus phosphate as raw materials under certain conditions. The acid value tracking test was used to determine the total reaction time of 3.5h. Infrared spectral analysis of the product indicates that the hydroxyl in the reaction has been fully reacted and the formation of phosphate group and CC double bonds in the product. Comparing the performance of homemade products and commercially available products on different sheets, the results show that these two products have a good attachment promotion effect on UV curing coatings and polar substrates such as metal, glass and wood, and determine the advantages of homemade products.
