PPG completes acquisition of Romanian paint manufacturer DEUTEK.

On January 5, 2017, PPG announced that it had acquired DEUTEK S.A., a Romanian manufacturer of outstanding
-paint
and
architectural coatings
from the European Emerging Fund (EEAF), with sales of $30 million in 2015, without specifying what.
DEUTEK produces and operates a range
and
coatings, including OSKAR and Danke! Its products are sold in more than 120 individual stores and 3,500 retail stores in Romania.
