PPG announced on November 11th that it had acquired the remaining 50 per cent stake in PPGUniver from its joint venture partner, Univer of Italy. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

. Together with its branch staff, it employs approximately 150 people and has 12 retail outlets and administrative offices in Italy, including a production facility in the small town of Cavallirio.
