Carboxylic acid phosphorylated starch
[Structural formula]
Starch is a kind of natural macromolecule cyclic polymer, which has the characteristics of "hydrophilic inner cavity and hydrophobic outer cavity".
[Physical and chemical properties] The appearance is a white or yellow solid, which can be mutually dissolved into a transparent viscous liquid with water, and the relative molecular mass ranges from 103 to 105
[Preparation method] The process of preparing carboxylic acid phosphorylated starch is divided into two steps.
Add appropriate amount of corn starch into the reactor, add appropriate amount of deionized water, start stirring and gradually increase the temperature, pregelatinize the starch at a temperature of 70-80°C, and then add sodium hypochlorite or potassium permanganate for oxidation reaction for 3 hours
[Application] Carboxylic acid phosphorylated starch contains high content of —COOH, and the introduction of —PO(OH) 2 groups through modification , so it has high scale and corrosion inhibition performance
