[Structural formula]
[Physical and chemical properties] Butanone oxime is also called methyl ethyl ketoxime
[Preparation]
(1) Hydroxylamine hydrochloride, hydroxylamine sulfate method
Using hydroxylamine hydrochloride prepared by reacting an oxime or hydroxylamine sulfate-butanone butanone and method is currently the primary route butanone oxime
Under the action of carbonate and phase transfer catalyst, methyl ethyl ketoxime can be prepared by reacting hydroxylamine sulfate with methyl ethyl ketone:
Under the action of carbonate and tetrabutylammonium salt, methyl ethyl ketoxime can be prepared by reacting hydroxylamine hydrochloride with methyl ethyl ketone
(2) Ammonia method
Under the action of water and catalyst, butanone reacts with hydrogen peroxide and ammonia to produce butanone oxime; the reaction time is 1~3h, the temperature is 55~80℃, and the molar ratio of butanone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia is (1 ~0.
(3) Nitro hydrogenation method
The use of modified hydrogenation catalysts such as lead to partially poison the hydrogenation catalyst can hydrogenate 2-nitrobutane to produce butanone oxime
(4) Electrochemical method
In the presence of nitrite aqueous solution, Zn is used as the electrode for methyl ethyl ketone , and under the condition of continuous CO, 2.
(5) Oxime exchange method
In the presence of organic acids such as p-toluene sulfonic acid, acetoxime reacts with butanone, and at 55-60°C for 10 hours, acetone and butanone oxime are generated
(6) Hydrazine hydrate method
When methyl ethyl ketone and hydrazine hydrate are used as a catalyst, methyl ethyl ketone and hydrazine hydrate first form a hydrazone, which is hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions to obtain an oxime
[Application] The toxicity of butanone oxime is much lower than that of hydrazine
In addition, it can also be used as isocyanate blocking agent, alkyd resin coating anti-skinning agent and metal deactivator
