①Preparation of activated carbon with wood as raw material Two kinds of coniferous fir and masson pine in southern China and two broad-leaved paulownia and poplar in the north as raw materials, using zinc chloride as activator, and using different processes to prepare activated carbon
Raw material → sieving → zinc chloride impregnation → carbon activation → zinc chloride recovery → pickling → rinsing → drying → crushing
Main process parameters: sawdust drying air temperature is 280℃, after drying sawdust moisture 28%-30%; zinc chloride concentration (in °Be) is 45 (pH1), 48 (pH2) and 53 (pH2.
The ratio of zinc chips after mixing sawdust and zinc chloride at 45°Be is 1.
