10mmol/L benzoyl sulfonyl fluorine (PMSF) solution
dissolves PMSF with isopropyl alcohol into 1.74mg/ml (10mmol/L), stored in small parts at -20C. If necessary, it can be matched with storage fluids (100mmol/L) at concentrations up to 17.4 mg/ml.
Note:
PMSF seriously damages the mucous membranes, eyes and skin of the respiratory tract and is fatally dangerous to inhalation, swallowing, or absorption through the skin. Once the eyes or skin are in contact with PMSF, rinse it immediately with plenty of water. Clothing contaminated with PMSF should be discarded. < p style is "text-align: left;" >(Responsible Editor: King Kunlun of Great Han).
